Quick answers for shopping on curate.ch. We ship to addresses in Switzerland and settle checkout in Swiss francs (CHF) unless otherwise shown at checkout.

Orders & checkout

Add items to your bag, choose your Swiss delivery address, and complete checkout with the payment methods shown in the checkout flow. You will receive an order confirmation by email once payment is authorised.

If something looks wrong on your confirmation (size, colour, quantity), contact us immediately at curatech.supportline@gmail.com with your order reference so we can try to correct it before dispatch.

Payments & security

Payments are processed through our checkout provider using industry-standard encryption. We do not store your full card number on our servers.

All prices are shown in CHF. Under Swiss price-indication rules, the price you see before confirming the order should include applicable Swiss VAT and mandatory charges where we display them as final consumer prices.

Products & availability

We curate limited drops and third-party brands. Inventory is updated regularly, but rare items can sell through quickly. If an item becomes unavailable after you paid, we will cancel that line and refund you for it.

Product images and descriptions are for illustration. Minor packaging or specification changes by suppliers can occur without notice.

Customs & Swiss market

We aim to supply goods that are already customs-cleared for Switzerland where that applies, so you are not surprised by border fees on delivery. If any product requires special import steps, we will say so clearly on the product page or at checkout.
