Returns & Refunds
Swiss law does not grant a mandatory “cooling-off” return for every online purchase of non-defective goods the way some neighbouring markets do. Many Swiss shops still offer a voluntary return policy in their terms—that is what you see below. Statutory warranty rights for defective goods remain separate and remain available.
Voluntary right of return (contractual)
Unless marked “final sale” or “no returns” on the product page, you may return unused, resaleable items within fourteen (14) days of receipt. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the fourteen days expire.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging where reasonable. Hygiene-sealed goods cannot be returned once the seal is broken, in line with common Swiss retail practice.
- Footwear: only tried indoors on clean surfaces; include the original shoebox inside an outer shipping box.
- Electronics: factory seals intact unless the item is defective (defects follow the warranty section below).
- Reduced-price or clearance items: returnable only if the product page explicitly says so.
How to start a return
Email curatech.supportline@gmail.com with your order number, the items you want to return, and whether you prefer a refund or, where available, an exchange. We will confirm the return address in Switzerland and any return label process.
Costs & refunds
Unless we shipped a wrong or defective item, you bear the direct cost of sending the return back to us, unless a promotion states otherwise.
Refunds use the same payment method you used at checkout, within approximately fourteen days after we receive and inspect the return. We may deduct value loss if the goods show handling damage beyond normal inspection.
Legal warranty (Sachgewährleistung)
If an item has a defect at the time of handover, Swiss law gives you warranty claims (repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract cancellation under the conditions of the Swiss Code of Obligations). Warranty is independent of the voluntary return policy above.
