Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to postal addresses throughout Switzerland. Delivery is handled by established parcel carriers; exact service levels depend on your postcode and the size of the shipment.
Delivery area
We ship to all Swiss cantons via standard domestic parcel services. We do not ship to P.O. boxes unless our carrier explicitly supports them for your order type—check the address tips at checkout.
Processing time
In-stock orders are usually prepared within one to three Swiss business days. During high-traffic drops or public holidays in Zurich and Switzerland, handling can take longer; we will show any delay on the product or checkout page when we can.
Transit time
Once handed to the carrier, most Swiss domestic parcels arrive within one to two business days. Remote valleys and mountain regions can take an extra day. These times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping fees
Shipping costs depend on order value, weight, and promotions in effect. The total—including VAT and shipping—before you pay is what counts under Swiss transparency expectations.
If we split a single order into multiple parcels at no fault of yours, we do not charge you twice for standard shipping on that order.
Tracking & handover
When your parcel is dispatched, we send a tracking link by email if the carrier provides one. Carriers in Switzerland may leave parcels with a neighbour or at a pickup point according to their own terms if you are not home.
Risk of loss or damage in transit is governed by the Swiss Code of Obligations and the carrier’s terms once the goods are handed to the carrier, unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
Damaged or missing parcels
If the outer packaging is visibly damaged on arrival, note it with the courier where possible and photograph the box before opening. Email curatech.supportline@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos and your order number so we can open a carrier investigation and help you.
