Track Order

Use the tracking link in your dispatch email to follow the parcel with the carrier. Swiss carriers usually update scans at sorting hubs and on delivery.

Where to find tracking

Open the “Your order has shipped” email from curate.ch and click the tracking button or link. It opens the carrier page in a new tab with the live status.

If you cannot find the email, search your inbox for the address you used at checkout and check spam folders. Still missing? Email curatech.supportline@gmail.com with the name on the order and approximate purchase date.

Swiss carrier behaviour

Domestic tracking often shows: picked up, arrived at hub, out for delivery, delivered. If the status switches to a pickup shop, bring ID listed on the parcel or the carrier app instructions.

Weather, alpine routing, or Sunday/public holiday rules can delay scans without the parcel being lost.

Marked delivered but not received

Check with household members and building staff first. Then contact the carrier with the tracking number. If they cannot resolve it within two business days, email curatech.supportline@gmail.com so we can file a formal investigation with the carrier.
